I had a really great stay at the NH Collection Hamburg City. The location was super convenient for getting around, especially with the U line nearby. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was that it could get a bit warm in the room during my stay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a city trip.

The staff, especially Ricardo, were incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere, but I did have some challenges with the Wi-Fi connectivity during my stay.
